Dragon Roll Culinary Shishito peppers are on menus and at farmers markets across the nation. These 3 to 5-in. (8 to 13-cm) peppers top out at about 200 Scovilles, making them more mild than jalapeño peppers, but letting you know you got some heat. Best when picked green. Hot Lemon Heirloom pepper from Ecuador is as hot as any Cayenne, but with a unique flavor and aroma. Flavorful when green or ripe, best used fresh in sauces or dried. Ristra Cayenne II Tapered fruit has a twisted shape and is thin-walled and two- celled. Get more peppers with less heat and a mild spicy flavor. This plant also produces a better canopy with the potential for higher yields than original Ristra Cayenne.
