Amish Paste All-purpose tomato has excellent flavor from meaty, juicy fruit with few seeds. Great for canning and slicing. Beefsteak The classic variety grown for their flavor and size. Large, flat, globe-type slicing tomato has light red skin and very meaty, juicy flesh. Very productive. Big Rainbow The 6-ft. (1.8-m) plants produce huge, rib-shouldered golden fruit with streaks of red running through the superbly flavored flesh. Black Krim Flattened, dark red- purple fruit with delicate skin, green shoulders. Very juicy, green-tinted flesh. Must be staked or caged. Black Prince Flavorful, mahogany brown tomatoes become orange-red at blossom end. Deep color in sunnier locations. Less cracking than other heirlooms.
