Countryside F 1 Beautiful, dark green, very uniform, baby leaf spinach variety. Thick, smooth, round, oval leaves. Holds well and has acceptable bolt tolerance. Darkside F 1 Uniform, dark green, smooth, round, oval leaves. Plant has a nice upright habit with thick leaves and good weight. It has a slow-to-moderate growth habit, making it an excellent choice for baby leaf growers. Green Beret F 1 Dark green, semi-savoy variety can be grown as baby spinach or as large leaves. Potential for minimal cracking. High resistance to downy mildew races 1-13, 15 and 16. Imperial Valley F 1 Asian-type spinach variety has uniform, deep green, smooth, Asian-lobed leaves with flexible and strong petioles, making them easy to harvest and great for bunching. Olympia F 1 A moderate-growing, processing variety with large, smooth, elongated oval, medium-green leaves. It is a bolt-tolerant variety with a preferred growing window of early Spring or late Summer. Offers high yields and multi-cuts for processing growers due to its bolt tolerance and large leaves. In addition, it has resistance to races 11-12, 14 and UA4410 of downy mildew.
