Green Banner Bunching Uniform, vigorous variety is more heat tolerant than others – slow to bolt and holds well. Stems are glossy white, leaves are full and dark green, and the flavor is slightly pungent. High resistance to basal rot and intermediate resistance to pink root rot. Ishikura Bunching Features a tender and mildly pungent flavor. Single-stalk variety can grow up to 2.5 ft. (0.8 m). Adapts very well to various climates and is suitable for Spring to late-Fall crops. Perennial Oriental bunching onion doesn’t produce bulbs but forms clumps of elongated, straight white stems similar to Spring onions. Alternatively, the stems can be earthed-up to produce leek-like stems.

Candy F 1 A mid-day yellow onion hybrid because of its ability to consistently produce mild-tasting, large to jumbo-sized bulbs. High resistance to pink root rot. Sierra Blanca F 1 Early-maturing jumbo variety produces globe-shaped bulbs with very white and shiny scales; flesh is firm and showy white. Good bolt tolerance and resistant to pink root rot. Yosemite This mid-day, globe-shaped onion produces jumbo to colossal-sized bulbs. Its several outer layers of vibrant brown skin provide good protection to the firm, white, single ring centers.
