ANCHO/POBLANO PEPPER Obsidiana

Traditional heart-shaped poblano/ ancho with strong pungency, 1,800 to 2,000 Scovilles and a wonderful, clean flavor. High-yielding plants produce a large percentage of two- lobe, large, heavy fruits with broad shoulders and thick, smooth walls. Good setting under cool conditions; excellent setting under hot conditions. CHILI PEPPER De Arbol A small and potent Mexican chile pepper at 15,000-65,000 Scovilles. Matures from green to bright red; retains color when dried. Use it fresh, cooked or powdered. Often used as decoration in wreaths or hanging swags. Rajah F 1 An early-maturing cayenne pepper with superior fruit quality. Pungent, well-rounded flavor with 22,000-25,000 Scovilles, making it slightly milder than average for this pepper type. The thin-walled, slightly wrinkled fruit grow in abundance and continue to produce over a long harvest period. Skyline Red F 1 Attractive and prolific, mildly hot Thai chili peppers are popular in Asian cuisine. Upright-growing peppers have a citrus flavor. Heat level is 3,000 to 4,000 Scovilles. Great for drying. Plants are strong and well branched, and they tolerate hot weather well. Fruit forms in clusters for easy picking. Zest Bright orange fruit contrast well against the bright green foliage, creating an eyecatching display in the garden. Medium-hot pepper has 40,000 Scovilles. Compact, elegant, arching habit; highly suitable for hanging baskets. Enjoy fresh, canned, pickled or dried. JALAPEÑO PEPPER Spice Series Bold-colored peppers that are extremely prolific and well adapted to hot climates. Ripen early. At 22,000 and 25,000 Scovilles, Pumpkin and Lemon only bring a touch of heat, but Orange turns it up at 79,000 Scovilles.
